Our olive oil is 100% extra virgin, 1st cold pressed. Our acidity level has consistently been below .4%. Our olive oil is made from the famous Karoneiki olive variety. This olive is known for the flavor and the antioxidant that prevents the development of cancer. Currently our orchards produce over 1,500 metric tons of the best extra virgin olive oil annually. The harvest is hand picked in the morning and pressed the same evening, any olive that touches the ground stays on the ground.
